Amethyst Crystal the Crystal of Archangel Michael

                                                  

The cystal that is linked with Archangel Michael is the amethyst.

 

Amethyst is a type of quartz crystal. The colours can range from lavender to

light violet, to deep purple. Amethyst is an excellent meditation tool that aids

with accelerating the development of the psychic ability and aids with spiritual

guidance. Amethyst opens the crown and third eye chakras, which helps to

enhance the connection to the cosmic forces, spiritual guidance, visionary

states and psychic awareness.

 

Amethyst is known as the "Queen" of healingstones, it can aid with healing

whilst you are sleeping, reduce pain, especiallyheadaches. Fantastic crystal for

helping to improve concentration, as well as calming an active mind.

You could place a piece of Amethyst under your pillow at night to aid sleep.

Suffering with a headache put a piece of amethyst on your forehead.

 

Try the following breathing technique to assist with both problems: Take a

deep breathe and as you let it out, start tightening your toes and feet, take

another deep breathe and as you let it out, relax the tightened feet and toes.

Continue doing this with each part of your body, remember breathe in deeply

and slowly release it back out again. Do this from the tip of your toes to the

top of your head. Relax and enjoy. You might have dropped off by now.

 

Not sure how to breathe correctly - push your stomached out on breathing in,

yes that is correct out. Then as your let the breathe out slowly, allow your

stomach to come back in and push the diaphragm up to ensure the lungs are

been emptied fully. This is the correct way of breathing, which most of us don't

do. Go on give it a shot. And? A bit strange at first, I know but with practice

it becomes away of life. Even when you are out walking, try to use this

method. You will be surprised how effective it is.
